Free delivery

Delivery is free on every order, to every country we ship to.

Christmas delivery

Want it before Christmas? Order by 10 December in the UK or 3 December everywhere else. We still ship orders placed after those dates, but we can’t promise they arrive before Christmas Day.

Where we ship

United Kingdom, Europe (EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, the Balkans, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man), United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Israel, South Africa and Chile. If your country isn’t available at checkout, we don’t ship there yet.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 5pm UK time on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 5pm, or on a weekend or UK bank holiday, are processed the next working day. You receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery time

Your order usually arrives within 10 working days. The estimated delivery date shows just under the Add to Cart button before you order.

This is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Carriers occasionally run late, especially in the Christmas rush.

Duties and taxes

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee on delivery, email us a photo of the notice before paying and we will sort it out with you.

Late or missing parcels

If your tracking has not moved for 10 working days, email hello@merrynutmas.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
