How to start a return

1. Email hello@merrynutmas.com with your order number and the words “Return request”.
2. We reply within 1 working day with return instructions.
3. Once your return reaches us, we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method within 14 days.

Wrong size?

Check the size guide on the product page before you order. If it still doesn’t fit, email us and we’ll help you swap it or refund you under the guarantee above.

Good to know

• Arrived faulty or damaged? Email us a photo and we send a replacement or refund straight away. No return needed.
• Refunds go to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers can take 3 to 10 working days to show the money after we issue it.
• Your statutory rights are not affected. Customers in the UK and EU also have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The 30-day guarantee sits on top of that right.
